We have a menu of fees where you costs depend on the type of service you require. We can tailor your needs to match our services from a Fully Managed Service to Sourcing Tenants Only service where you manage the day to day activities of the tenants.
MARKETING
We use a diverse method of marketing your property in search of suitable tenants. Our resources include traditional forms of advertising and internet advertising through portal companies. There is a charge for this service, but it does open up the marketing to a much wider target audience thus helping to avoid periods of no tenants and no revenue. We, also, have our own contacts where there is a demand for rented properties in desirable parts of Glasgow.
REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE
It is important to have all repairs attended to as quickly as possible. I take the view that tenants are paying a lot of money for renting a property, therefore, they expect that breakdowns are actioned upon therefore minimising further problems and inconvenience. Repairs up to £100.00 approx are instructed swiftly by ourselves, through our network of approved contractors.
